MacNairPort Enhancements Released

To maintain our position as a leader in On-line Travel Management, we just completed and released several exciting improvements and enhancements to MacNairPort.

We reorganized the MacNairPort Portal to make navigation more user-friendly.

We renovated the Main Concourse to improve the traveler experience. We know you'll see and feel the difference.

We added new functionality:

Existing users:

  • Automated response will notify traveler that they have an active account, if they request a new login permission.
  • There is a "Name Change Request Form" to automate the process to capture the TSA (Secure Flight) mandated data.

New Users have an expanded Login Request Form:

  • We added Division/Department/Job Code fields to capture your company accounting requirements, up front;
  • We added TSA (Secure Flight) mandated data collection fields;

Once you enter the Main Concourse, all redirects will bring keep you on the secure side of the portal, to eliminate the need to log back in after every transaction or visit to another Concourse location.

The Main Concourse has two new locations:

A separate Security Shop for password management will save you time by allowing you to make changes and update without having to navigate within your expanded profile data.

The Information Library replaces the Book Store and contains new features with many more to be added soon. Today you will find information on the Secure Flight Project and a GetThere Flash demo. Soon you will have access to an FAQ, industry links, breaking news, and helpful travel information.

Many of these upgrades come from suggestions and comments from you, the MacNairPort user. We encourage you to share your ideas to help us keep MacNairPort the most trusted and comprehensive on-line travel management tool you have to support your business and your travelers.
